DAH Problem
DMV has changed the format of the
response delivered by the DAH transaction, which DMVQUERY uses, both
directly and indirectly. As a result of DMV's change, a DMVQUERY DAH
transaction will show errors and/or incorrect results. We are suggesting
two workarounds to allow the Courts to continue to use DMVQUERY while a
permanent solution is developed.
- Do not enter any DAH transactions manually - i.e. do not key in
any transactions with DAH in the transaction code field. Instead,
manually enter the DB1 transaction as shown in Figure 1 below.
Note that DB1 has been keyed into the transaction code field,
and "E" has been keyed into the "Information Code" field, and "1" has been
keyed into the "File Code" field.

- Also, as part of the work-around, you will have to take extra
manual steps when using ANI. Do not use the ANI "GO" option. Use the
"DL" or "VP" options only. When using the "DL" option, when the ANI list
appears, do not use F2 option shown in figure 2 below to submit an
inquiry. Instead record the Drivers License manually, back out of the ANI
list with F3, and then manually key a DB1 transaction.
